Make a unique piece of glassware to commemorate 775 years of Romford Market

Join the Harold Hill Glass Makers this Friday or Saturday to create a piece of commemorative glassware, and learn more about this unique craft! Places are free but limited, so please book in advance to guarantee yours.

If you don’t fancy participating feel free to come along and watch a master at work! Glassblower Tom Chadwin will be doing demonstrations throughout the day, including some using original glass molds kindly loaned to us by the Glasshouse Heritage Centre at the Ruskin Glass Centre in Stourbridge.

Friday 9th & Sunday 10th September
In the garden of The Parish Church of Edward the Confessor, Market Place, Romford

Recommended for ages 16+
Younger children are welcome but must be accompanied by a supervising adult

Please wear shoes or boots if you are participating (to keep your feet protected and safe)
