Harold Hill Community Cinema is project initiated by Harold Hill Community Creatives, the Havering Changing Steering Group for Harold Hill. It has been programmed and is ran by the team at The Romford Film Festival.
Havering Changing is an Arts Council England funded Creative People and Places project operating in Harold Hill, Orchard Village, Rainham and Romford.
The Romford Film Festival is a not-for profit programme that endevours to bring the best international, ingenious and diverse film to people in Havering.
