Standing up to Violence Against Women & Girls (VAWG) in Havering

The aim of this event is to give residents and professionals an understanding of how services in Havering are working together to help make Havering a Safer place.
About this event
On the panel will be staff from Havering Council’s enforcement and community safety teams, plus Metropolitan Police, Havering Women’s Aid and a personal account from someone directly affected by violence.
This events marks the first day of international action around Violence Against Women and Girls [VAWG] . Following the morning session, there will be a chance for everyone to chat and find out what else is available to support women in Havering.
